The Universal Wafer Camlock Square Jig Lock is a versatile, high-quality plate-cylinder cam locks designed to offer effective solutions in various contexts, and is part of the Rack Cabinet Series for securing GDPR-compliant cabinets, industrial cabinet locks, electromechanical industry locks, electrical panel locks, and door locks. As the name suggests, the universal square jig lock can be installed on square holes whose shape prevents rotation of the lock body during opening and closing operations and offers greater resistance to burglary. It combines reliability, aesthetics and functionality, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of locking needs.
The nickel-plated brass key moves the central 5-plate-cylinder rotor placed inside a zinc alloy box called a stator, bushing or body. The body and barrel of the lever lock are made of zinc alloy, while the cam (also called cam or cam) is made of steel. The 7-mm square end allows installation of straight, cranked and hook cams, as well as multi-point cams for moving translating rods (up and down). The threaded body allows attachment by nut, but also by horseshoe clip or clip forquick installation on steel, aluminum or plastic sheets.
Universal cam locks are ideal for installations in office furniture, metal doors, hatches, carpentry work, sheet metal boxes, vending and carwash systems, machinery, and actuator panels.
