Since May 1, 2006, with the acquisition of the MOIA company on the market since 1958, the range of products in the catalog has been expanded to include application locks for doors and for armored doors. OMR Locks offers its quality products at competitive prices thanks to constant investments in high-tech machinery and equipment and attention to innovations.
Ours is a choral work, and as with our locks, each part is essential for the mechanism to work. Above all, one key ingredient is needed for the mechanism to work: you who have entrusted OMR Locks with the security of your homes and businesses for more than 60 years. O.M.R. items are produced in the factories in Turin, and offer all the quality of Made in Italy. The vast O.M.R. catalog has been the reference point for SMEs and large Italian and European industry for decades.

MOIA on the market since 1958 and today it is an O.M.R. brand; application locks for doors and locks for high-security doors are produced entirely in our factories. The high quality of MOIA products is the result of more than 60 years of experience and continuous research for innovative solutions.

Anni '50
Nel torinese nasce con il Sig. Laguzzi, la "Laguzzi Lorenzo che produce serrature di sicurezza con marchio "Michel".
1967
L'attività in costante crescita passa alla guida del Sig. Olivi Mario; nasce così la "LAGUZZI di Olivi Mario", che amplia la gamma dei prodotti contraddistinti dal nuovo marchio "O.M.R.".
1985
L'azienda passa nelle mani del figlio, il Sig. Olivi Roberto, acquisendo la denominazione sociale di "O.M.R. di Olivi Roberto & C. Snc".
1990
Lo stabilimento viene trasferito dalla sede di Via Grivola al polo industriale in Strada del Francese a Torino.
2002
L'esperienza maturata e la continua ricerca di soluzioni innovative, danno a questa azienda il giusto riconoscimento per la qualità e l'estetica del prodotto: dal 17 gennaio 2002 la O.M.R. è certificata ISO 9001:2000.
2006
Il primo maggio viene acquisita la ditta MOIA, produttrice di serrature ad applicare epr porte presente sul mercato dal 1958. La produzione di tali prodotti viene spostata e viene sviluppata una nuova linea di serrature per porte blindate ad elevata sicurezza con marchio "MOIA".
2008
Nasce la linea "CROSS" creata per offrire un vasto assortimento di serrature, chiusure e lucchetti ad un prezzo contenuto.
2009
Iniziano i lavori di costruzione di una nuova e più grande sede produttiva nel nuovo polo industriale di Borgaro Torinese, comune della periferia nord di Torino.
2010
Lo stabilimento viene trasferito, dopo 20 anni di attività a Torino, nella nuova sede amministrativa e produttiva presso la nuova zona industriale di Via Tetti dell'Oleo a Borgaro Torinese.
