The quarter turn double barb tool operated cam lock is made of a zinc alloy housing encasing a barrel which determines the unlocking or locking when operated by the key. The 7-mm square terminal also allows the installation of a variety of straight, cranked, or hook levers, not to mention the possibility of applying multi-point cams for rod movement.
The quarter turn cam lock can also be made in technopolymer, a special glass-fiber plastic featuring the same mechanical properties, weather and corrosion resistance as zinc alloy, as well as perfect integration with the piece of furniture thanks to the wide range of colours available.
The double barb tool operated cam lock is suitable for applications which do not require a high security level, with the guarantee that the most common budget lock keys like triangle or square keys cannot be used. Clip fastening allows quick installation on industrial machinery doors, stainless steel doors, access panels to electronic components in machinery, electrical panels, medical equipment operating panels, light panels or on the bodywork of agricultural machinery and forklifts.
