The 1/4-turn push-button handle consists of a zinc alloy stator and knob. To open and close the lock, it is necessary to grip the handle, press the knob fully then turn it. The spring-loaded rotor prevents accidental or vibration-driven opening.

The 1/4-turn push-button handle consists of a zinc alloy stator and knob. To open and close the lock, it is necessary to grip the handle, press the knob fully then turn it. The spring-loaded rotor prevents accidental or vibration-driven opening. The 7-mm square terminal allows installation of a variety of straight, cranked and hook cams, as well as multi-point cams for rod movement.
Because of its distinctive shape resembling the crest of a rooster, the knob is also called a cockerel. The compression handle can also be made in technopolymer, a special glass-fiber plastic featuring the same mechanical properties, weather and corrosion resistance as zinc alloy, as well as perfect integration with the piece of furniture thanks to the wide range of colours available. The handy SVAR03715 adapter allows the box to be installed even in a square installation hole. Thanks to the practical wing nut handle on the box, applications are many: magazine racks, gas boxes, balcony furniture, metal cabinets, machinery, agricultural machinery, or first-aid kits.
