Once your claim is processed you will receive confirmation by email, with directions on how the courier will pick up the agreed upon products.

Within 15 working days after receipt of the goods, a report will be provided with the result of the analysis on the returned product. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

    • Rod attachments and latches have not been twisted or bent
    • No oil or grease other than the factory oil or grease has been placed inside the product
    • The item is returned with the original keys
    • Upon delivery of the products, the integrity of the packages was checked.
