The 1/4-turn budget key lock is composed of a zinc alloy body inside which is a spring-loaded spring-loaded socket key lock barrel that, moved by a simple flat screwdriver, rotates, determining opening or closing.
FEATURES
- The compression system prevents the cam from moving with simple vibrations. Pressing with a common flat screwdriver is required to open.
- The installation of an inner O-ring protects from the ingress of dirt and water under IP65 regulation.
- If you choose to install the item SMAN04903, you will have a practical handle to open and close.
- The adapter SVAR03715 allows to change the fixing hole for the quarter turn lock.

The 7-mm square terminal allows the installation of straight, cranked and hook cams and the application of multi-point cams for rod movement or actuators for multiple and centralized locking. The 1/4-turn budget lock can also be made of technopolymer, a special “metal plastic” that provides mechanical performance on par with aluminum alloy, weather and corrosion resistance, and perfect integration with the finished product, thanks to the wide range of colors available.
Socket key lock is suitable for applications where it is necessary to lock the door in a certain position, without allowing it to open due to external causes such as wind, vibration, or shock. It finds its ideal application in inspection hatches or manholes, on forklift doors, in HO.RE.CA machines, in holders inside campgrounds and common areas, or in telecommunications panels.
