Rim lock for door or drawer – Small bolt – Working length 30 mm
The rim lock for furniture is made of zinc alloy, it features a round housing where the reduced bolt is located. The barrel houses the plates and, in the removable core version, it can be removed through a special removal key to quickly change the keying.

The lock to be applied to furniture cylinders is made of zinc alloy, consisting of a round base plate inside which a bolt-also called a bolt-reduced. Plate-cylinder technology provides adequate security for the type of application. The barrel containing the platelets, in the Detachable barrel version, can be removed by a key extraction positions so that the combination can be changed quickly.
The cylinder, as well as the bolt, are available in different sizes; this allows the installation on different materials (wood, metal, MDf, etc.) and in different positions. The model with reduced bolt locks the door engaging a hole on the side of the door, thus making the striker plate unnecessary. it is recommended to install the lock with a press-in sleeve SVAR02560 to prevent the panel from getting damaged when the lock is in operation.
According to the bolt position, the rim lock can be installed both on doors and on drawers. It is commonly used on wooden or metal panels, both on office furniture and workshop furniture. The rosettes for single or double glass doors are designed to install the lock on glass hinged doors, for example in showcases and displays. Due to its ease of installation and ductility, it can be placed in laboratory, community, hospital, and museum furniture, as well as in automations or lockers.
