The manual square budget lock is made entirely of die-cast metal with galvanizing treatment. The distinctive feature is the square shape that allows the movement of the internal mechanism, which is able to engage and disengage the corresponding hook. Thanks to the 4 fixing holes and the compact dimensions, it is easy to adapt for any application. Two variants are possible: the square manual lock with two locking positions open/closed and the square manual lock with return spring.

The lock can be equipped with hooks and fixing plate and also made according to customer drawings in order to meet any special application requirements. Handling can be through the use of “ecology” socket keys, hammer-head socket keys or oval-head socket keys.

The lock is often used on garbage bins and wheeled waste bins, street furniture bins, or other waste containers. Because of the practical automatic locking feature, the lock is also often used on iron bins and inspection hatches.
