CATEGORIES
The universal standard key pin tumbler lock with special jig is characterized by the absence of side plates (the section of the lock body is round) and the presence of a dowel at the top that characterizes the housing hole. As typical of all models in its class, it is equipped with an internal mechanism that is activated when the key is inserted, which aligns the pins according to a precise position, allowing the barrels to be unlocked and the movement to open or close. Pin-cylinder cam locks are the premium version of their plate-cylinder counterparts: high-quality materials, greater resistance to break-in attempts, elegant design, and a precise internal mechanism determine their value.
Both the pins and the outer body are made of brass; the oval-mounted terminal allows the installation of straight, cranked and hook cams, not to mention the possibility of applying multi-point cams for rod movement or actuators for multiple and centralized locking.
The universal standard key pin tumbler lock with special jig is made for special applications where a housing with unconventional drilling is required, even outdoors, such as carpentry artifacts, safe boxes or special machinery.
