The 1/4-turn triangular budget lock consists of a zinc alloy body inside of which is a spring-loaded (press, open) triangular-shaped (T6) barrel that, moved by a key, rotates, determining opening or closing. This triangular key lock has snap springs for quick engagement-just press the lock into place and you will hear the distinctive click of the springs securing it firmly to the panel.

The 7-mm square terminal also allows the installation of straight, cranked and hook cams, as well as multi-point cams for rod movement or actuators for multiple and centralized locking of drawers and chests of drawers. The 1/4-turn budget lock can also be made of technopolymer, a special “metal plastic” that provides mechanical performance on a par with aluminum alloy, resistance to weathering and corrosion, as well as perfect integration with the item thanks to the wide range of colors available.

The budget lock is suitable for applications where high security but simple access management is not required, such as, for example, electrical panels, automation turrets, machinery control panels, isothermal boxes, street furniture advertising systems, displays or corners.
