The 1/4-turn triangular budget lock consists of a zinc alloy body inside which is a spring-loaded budget lock rotor that, moved by a key, rotates, determining opening or closing. The 7-mm square terminal also allows for the installation of a variety of straight, cranked, or hook levers and the application of Multi-point cams for rod movement or actuators for multi-point and centralized locking. Budget lock 1/4-turn can also be made of technopolymer, a special “metal plastic” that provides mechanical performance equal to aluminum alloy, resistance to weathering and corrosion, as well as perfect integration with the article thanks to thewide range of colors available.

Budget locks are suitable for applications where high security is not required, but simple access management is sufficient, such as caisson covers, machine tool inspection compartments, electrical actuator panels, technical compartments in shopping malls, kiosks, gasoline pumps, or fuel dispensers.
