The NON-gravitational ecological lock can be installed on waste collection containers that do not require mechanized emptying by collection vehicles. It is composed of 3 elements:
- a red upper body to install on the waste bin lid,
- a hook located on the inside of the lid,
- and a lower body placed on the inside of the bin.
The red upper part of this non-gravitational budget lock is in the “small” version and is equipped with a T6 triangular key. The lock features:
- Opening by T6 triangular key, without spring; this feature prevents unauthorized garbage bins from being placed inside the garbage bin.
- Keyless emergency opening from the inside of the waste bin (i.e. if a child is locked inside the dust bin).
- The lock mechanism does not allow accidental openings in case of overturn due to wind, collisions or vandalism.
The gravity lock is compatible and easily installed on all brands of waste bins and wheeled garbage bins, both 2- and 4-wheelers.
