Pedestal lock with lifting pin – Oval fixing hole
The oval pin tumbler lock is made of die-cast metal (zamak), and is equipped at the back with a pin, called an actuator, that rotates 180° so as to actuate the multiple and centralized locking system of the drawers. The lock body can be fastened quickly either through a horseshoe clip (or clip) or by snap spring.

The oval lock with actuator is made of a housing which encases a plate-cylinder barrel. It is made of die-cast zinc alloy, it features an actuator, which triggers the central locking of drawers through a 180° rotation.
The lock body can be quickly attached either through a horseshoe clip (or clips) or by snap spring. The peculiar oval shape enables the use also in narrow spaces, such as steel or aluminium profiles of trolleys and filing cabinets. The removable barrels model allows the core to be removed or replaced without damaging the cabinet or lock. Keys with folding handle are also available.
Anti-tilt plates can be supplied in combination, offering great safety by preventing drawers from accidentally opening when the toolbox is moved. It also prevents the simultaneous opening of 2 drawers, which might cause the trolley to fall.
The oval lock with actuators is designed primarily for use in professional vehicle fittings, on metal furniture with multiple drawers, such as desk wheeled drawers with 3 or more drawers, tool carts routinely used in a workshop or work environment to secure valuable tools by restricting access.
