Budget lock with barrel under spring, quick installation, double barb key

The 1/4-turn Dduble barb – 3 mm Pin budget key lock consists of a zinc alloy body inside of which is a spring-loaded (press, open) double barb – 3 mm Pin barrel (P3, key with lugs) that, moved by the special key, rotates, determining opening or closing. This special double barb – 3 mm Pin key lock has snap springs for quick engagement: you will simply press the lock into place to hear the distinctive click of the springs securing it firmly to the panel.

The 7 mm square terminal also allows straight, cranked and hook cams to be installed. The 1/4-turn budget lock can also be made of technopolymer, a special “metal plastic” that provides mechanical performance on par with aluminum alloy, weather and corrosion resistance, and perfect aesthetic integration thanks to the wide range of colors available.

Double barb – 3 mm Pin socket key lock offers more protection than the triangular or square versions, and is suitable for applications where medium security and easy access management is required, such as, for example, general switchboards, automation turrets, machinery control panels, metal cabinets, isothermal boxes, street furniture advertising installations, displays, or corners.
