The nemesis of locking systems

Then comes that time when you need to replace a nut, add a washer, change the cam to make the installation more effective.
In those moments, solutions have always been few and far between and not always optimal; buying the whole packages and then starting to carry them around all the time during installations soon becomes inconvenient and expensive. Ordering a cam different from the standard cams for a single installation or cranking the cam on site certainly involves a considerable loss of time and a high risk of altering the product mechanism. There are so many cases where the solution you would have liked was to have everything conveniently and always at hand.

Here then, aware of the need and always ready to respond to the needs of our customers, comes the indispensable kit of accessories for all types of customers, from wholesalers to hardware stores, from retailers to specialists.

The perfect solution

Hence the idea of expanding the SUPER/CLASS family by adding a fourth case that would contain the most useful accessories, those, in short, to have with you at all times. Cams of various lengths-straight, cranked or hooked; nuts with special pitches; horseshoe clips of various sizes; washers and under-nut gaskets; quick-install handles, etc…. a selection of more than 700 pieces that simplify installation work and make each product easier to install or adapt.

Long straight lever: shaveable to size
Cranked levers: all with 43 mm working lengths, there are the most common 3, 5, 7 and 13 mm bends.

Anti-rotation plate

For simplicity on wood, a round hole is often drilled, with the subsequent difficulty of having to somehow lock the lock to prevent it from rotating.
Thanks to the MPIA04837 plate, it is sufficient to place it inside the door and secure it with two screws (but also with two rivets in the case of metal) to provide the lock with a precise template and perfect tightening, preventing it from rotating by hand thus holding it firmly on any type of material.

This expedient provides a practical solution as well as preserving the life of the lock itself.
