Cross key lock for mortise lock

The 1-way, 2-piston pin tumbler lock, available only on request, features a cruciform cylinder, set in a steel and zinc alloy body, that moves two side pins once the key is inserted. The pins arranged in a cruciform pattern, along with the peculiar key shape, ensure a high level of security.

It is only necessary to drill a 12 mm hole for the keyhole and, thanks to the 19 mm key entrance, the application on narrow spaces is also possible. On your product the keyway will appear as a small, very discreet hole, which is why it is also nicknamed “nail key” precisely because it resembles the mark left on the wall by a nail. Fastening on the door is extremely convenient, using two screws located on the front plate.

It is available both in KA (keyed alike) and in KD (keyed different). Equipped with its 10 mm steel round latches, it offers good strength and elegance. This lock is easy to install and multifunctional, the range of cross-key locks consists of 5 models: rim cross key lock, mortice cross key lock, mortice cross key lock with swinging bolt or hook bolt, mortice cross key lock with double bolt.

The single-throw, two-piston cross key lock is best suited for application on iron and aluminum bands. It is used, thanks in part to its small size, incontract furniture on display cabinets or doors, as well as in the construction or shipbuilding sectors for securing small aluminum doors, grates and boiler rooms. The bolts protrude 22 mm from the housing and they are perfect to lock entrance doors in shops, shop furniture as well as in train stations and airports.
