The 1/4-turn push-button handle consists of a zinc alloy stator and knob. To open and close the lock, it is necessary to grip the handle, press the knob fully then turn it. The spring-loaded rotor prevents accidental or vibration-driven opening. The horseshoe clip (also called a clip) allows quick attachment to metal doors of various thicknesses. The 7-mm square terminal also allows the installation of a variety of straight, cranked and hook cams, not to mention the possibility of applying multi-point cams for rod movement.

Because of its distinctive shape resembling the crest of a rooster, the knob is also called a cockerel. The compression handle can also be made in technopolymer, a special glass-fiber plastic featuring the same mechanical properties, weather and corrosion resistance as zinc alloy, as well as perfect integration with the piece of furniture thanks to the wide range of colours available.

The press-to-turn mechanism prevents vibrations from accidentally opening the latchlock, making it suitable for several applications: gas boxes, balcony furniture, metal cabinets, industrial machinery, agricultural machinery or first aid wall cabinets.
