The espagnolette lock with rotating rods and antique key (single map key) allows multiple (3-point) and centralized locking through the movement of the rods and the side bolt. The special feature is in the movement of the rods, which is not by translation (up/down), but by rotation ensuring greater resistance and slight compression of the sash when closing. Hooks are mounted on the end of the rod, which, rotating driven by the key, engage the pins in the cross-pieces of the cabinet. The entire lock structure is made of zinc alloy, with a cam mechanism inside. A number of accessories make up the lock: half-round rods, upper and lower hooks, adjustable pins, U-bolts, rod guides, and escutcheons.
