User-friendly technology: the easy-to-set biometric lock

Once your new BioLock is physically installed, you can register your first two fingerprints, which will have administrative privileges and can be used to add or remove other users. The procedure is similar to all BioLocks in the catalog.

Add administrator’s fingerprint

On first startup, or after a lock reset, the first two shapes can be entered with administrator privileges. Make sure the lock is charged before proceeding with the capture.

1. Place your finger on the sensor for 5 seconds. The blue LEDs will light up. Remove your finger from the sensor.
2. Rest your finger again until the LEDs flash 2 times to confirm correct acquisition. Remove the finger.
3. Repeat five times, changing the finger position a little, after which the LEDs will flash 3 times to give you confirmation of memorization.

At this point you can repeat the operation with another administrator finger, and you will have set the master access of your smart locking system. The administrator can indifferently use either of the two stored fingers to be recognized by the lock.

Adding a new user fingerprint

The BioLock biometric budget lock gives you the ability to register up to 18 different users. Only when setting up the new user will the presence of the administrator be required during storage.

1. Place the administrator’s finger on the sensor for 5 seconds. The blue LEDs will light up. Remove the finger from the sensor.

If something goes wrong?

If the LEDs emit a red glow, it would be signaling to you that the shape has not been detected correctly. Simply remove your finger from the biometric sensor and place it back on it, making sure to keep it still while scanning.
