Of course, the recent pandemic has only brought these new ways of working to be among the most debated topics<\/strong> and questions about what is the best current and future choice to reconcile worker performance, private life, economic and environmental sustainability.
As several studies have confirmed smart working leads to the<\/strong> rarefaction of contact with colleagues<\/strong> and the mediation of the same through an email box or a webcam, could lead, in the long run, to alienation and isolation, distorting the social nature of work. <\/p>\n

Co-working: respecting the environment and the relational needs of employees.<\/h3>\n

For this reason, co-working<\/strong> is also gaining in popularity: a way of working that involves renting a workstation for one or more days a week, perhaps in a facility that is more conveniently accessible than the company’s headquarters, where various workers or professionals go to find the concentration that they could hardly have at home, or to network. One rents<\/strong> the chair, the desk, the equipment for video conferencing, meeting rooms, and, of course, the furniture that makes up the workstation: drawers, cabinets, lockers<\/strong> where to store documents, promotional materials, work tools such as PCs, tablets, etc. Since it is a shared environment<\/strong>, on the one hand it is essential that such belongings remain safe and, on the other hand, that the compartments can be freed when needed<\/strong>, precisely to allow for turnover between users. The key would certainly be an impediment given the danger of loss, breakage inside the lock, the user forgetting to return it, and the need for management of all keys to be organized at reception. <\/p>\n
