The nemesis of locking systems<\/p>\n

Then comes that time when you need to replace a nut, add a washer, change the cam to make the installation more effective.
In those moments, solutions have always been few and far between and not always optimal; buying the whole packages and then starting to carry them around all the time during installations soon becomes inconvenient and expensive. Ordering a cam different from the standard cams for a single installation or cranking the cam on site certainly involves a considerable loss of time and a high risk of altering the product mechanism. There are so many cases where the solution you would have liked was to have everything conveniently and always at hand. <\/p>\n

Here then, aware of the need and always ready to respond to the needs of our customers, comes the indispensable kit of accessories for all types of customers, from wholesalers to hardware stores, from retailers to specialists.<\/p>\n

The perfect solution for installers and dealers<\/h2>\n

Hence the idea of expanding the SUPER\/CLASS family by adding a fourth case that would contain the most useful accessories, those, in short, to have with you at all times. Cams of various lengths-straight, cranked or hooked; nuts with special pitches; horseshoe clips of various sizes; washers and under-nut gaskets; quick-install handles, etc…. a selection of more than 700 pieces that simplify installation work and make each product easier to install or adapt. <\/p>\n

The handy sections of the case can be easily rearranged as needed, and with the handy illustration chart you will always have a glimpse of the contents and their codes while also speeding up reordering.
Equipped with a handy handle and lockable lock, it is also practical to carry to the job site.<\/p>\n

Cams for all tastes<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Whether you call them cams, cams, cam blades, or bolts, you will find eight different types (a selection of the more than 300 types in stock and visible at this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Long straight cams: shaveable to size
Cranked cams: all with 43 mm working lengths, there are the most common 3, 5, 7 and 13 mm working lengths.
Hook cams: with 3 different working lengths and hooks suitable for even special installations.<\/p>\n

Washers<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

The 4-prong version allows for greater grip on wood, while the metal version can also serve as a template on metal or wood if there is an incorrect hole.<\/p>\n

Horseshoe clips<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

In the lower three compartments are the most commonly used horseshoe clips for universal cam locks, oval drawer locks, and or push-button locks for metal sliding door cabinets.<\/p>\n

Nuts<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

We know how too often a replacement nut is needed, so we have included nuts with special pitch for \u00d8 15 and \u00d8 19 universal locks, as well as nuts for \u00d8 18 letterbox pawls.<\/p>\n

Multipoint cams and actuators<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

If you need to control rods or move a multi-point cams inside a drawer unit, you will find sling bars and actuators (with long shaveable pin) to substitute in place of the standard supplied rear cam.<\/p>\n

Adapter ring<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

In case there is a square hole with rounded corners on the sheet, it is possible to convert it to a classic \u00d8 19 hole with 16 mm plates by means of an adapter.<\/p>\n

Striker plates<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

This bracket will allow you to make a simple stop for the cams or bolts of the various locks on your sashes.<\/p>\n

Springs and Plate-cylinders<\/b><\/p>\n

With the microsprings and plate-cylinder assortment, you will be able to quickly unify cam locks on-site by easily making one-key (KA) systems.<\/p>\n

Anti-rotation plate<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

For simplicity on wood, a round hole is often drilled, with the subsequent difficulty of having to somehow lock the lock to prevent it from rotating.
Thanks to the MPIA04837 plate, it is sufficient to place it inside the door and secure it with two screws (but also with two rivets in the case of metal) to provide the lock with a precise template and perfect tightening, preventing it from rotating by hand thus holding it firmly on any type of material.<\/p>\n

C-clip (seeger)<\/b><\/p>\n

A seeger that gets out of hand and disappears on the floor is something we have seen before; therefore, always having a spare ready to use is a great thing!<\/p>\n

Handles<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

To prevent the cylinder key from being used as a handle to pull the door, a handle can be installed to be placed under the cylinder head. This expedient provides a practical solution as well as preserving the life of the lock itself. <\/p>\n

Rosettes<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

The hole on the cabinet is not always perfect, but all it takes is a decorative trim ring and the job can become flawless. That’s why we have also added a selection of trim bushings for use on door locks, sign locks, wood button locks, cremone bolts, or locks with rotating rods.Teddy Roosvelt used to say, “Got a problem? Do what you can, where you are, with what you’ve got.” <\/p>\n
